JOB DESCRIPTION

Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®)

ABA4U is looking to hire BCBAs, with both full time and part time opportunities available!! Full time BCBA hours are 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Part time hours are negotiable. Home cases for family training are also available.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess client’s needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Create Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Provide direct supervision weekly
  • Create & Update Treatment Plans & Progress Reports
  • Complete parent training sessions 
  • Analysis of data 
  • Provide training to clinical staff
  • Coordination with team members & related service providers

Schedule:

Our center based direct services are provided Mon-Thurs 8-4:30 and Fridays 8-3.
