With over 18 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Susan brings a deep commitment to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and empowering the teams who work with them. As Curriculum Coordinator, she leads the team in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the learning experiences provided. She plays a key role in the training and mentorship of Behavior Technicians.
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Monmouth University in 2007 and holds a New Jersey Teacher of the Handicapped certification. Her extensive career as a Behavior Technician includes working with individuals ages 2 to 25 across a variety of settings, including private ABA schools, clinics, homes, and public schools. She received her foundational ABA training while working at a private ABA school, which laid the groundwork for her enduring dedication to the field.
