Tyis "Ty" Mullen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Ty began her career at ABA4U in 2019 as an RBT, implementing direct therapy to children in the clinic and home settings. In 2021, Ty took on the role as our Staff Trainer in order to support new and current staff members working with our learners. She has been a Safety-Care Trainer since 2022, providing competency-based crisis prevention intervention training programs for professionals who work with individuals who have the potential for challenging behavior. Ty also leads our Afternoon Program, guiding children through exercises and fun activities in order to teach language, social skills, and play skills. Ty is bilingual and can communicate in Portuguese. She is eager to create a fun and inclusive environment for all who walk through ABA4U’s doors!
